Today, July 1st, a new law has been enforced in San Francisco, prohibiting all you smokers out there to smoke in public parks/squares. This law is only for the city of San Francisco only. You will be fined $100 if they catch you smoking in any of the San Francisco parks or squares (like Union Square).
In case you didn't know yet, in all other public places (like bars, clubs and baseball stadiums) it's not allowed to smoke either... this is a California law though.
So consider yourself warned...
P.S. If you wanna buy a gun, that's still a constitutional right in this country
